Our monthly visits include:

• Inspection of the interior and exterior
• Opening and/or closing of shutters
• Ventilation of the house during our visit
• Collecting and, if necessary, scanning/forwarding mail
• Watering plants
• Additional inspections after severe weather
• Travel costs included up to 20 km
